About the Free Zoom Sessions

A live Zoom discussion about roommate trouble, better ways of dealing with it, and what to do next.

These free live Zoom sessions are for people who want to understand the Freedom Preacher Roommates approach more fully. Each session offers a chance to explore a focused topic, hear practical examples, ask questions, and consider what may be useful in your own situation.

You do not have to tell your personal story, agree with everything, buy anything, or make any commitment. You are welcome to listen, ask a question, or participate as much or as little as you choose.

Upcoming Free Sessions

What happens in a session?

A focused topic

Each session begins with a practical look at one part of roommate trouble, cooperation, or shared living.

Questions and discussion

Participants can ask questions, raise related issues, or simply listen. A good question from one person can be useful to everyone in the room.

Practical next steps

The purpose is not to supply one-size-fits-all answers. It is to help people see the situation more clearly and consider constructive next steps.

What happens during a session?

Topics may include:

  • Why ordinary roommate problems can escalate so quickly
  • The difference between understanding conflict and excusing harmful behavior
  • Consideration, communication, integrity, and empathy in shared living
  • How social pressure and past experiences affect the way people treat one another
  • Boundaries, directness, and realistic next steps
  • Ideas from Of Course You’re Having Roommate Trouble
  • The Forum, E-Newsletter, future books, and other Freedom Preacher offerings
